All party packages are up to 3 hours long, include a room for celebrating and a party host for up to 25 participants (20 for dance parties). After hours options can be added to any party for an additional fee.
Dance Party
Looking for a fun and creative way to celebrate your birthday? Come join our talented Byron Dance Academy staff for a party experience like no other! Package features dance instruction from an experienced teacher in our beautiful state-of-the-art dance studios, and a party room equipped with counter space, mirrors, and a sink for easy clean-up. You will also be able to customize your party package by selecting your theme and favorite music to learn your dance to. There is a 20 participant minimum for all dance parties. Dance parties run for 2 hours with set-up and clean-up 30 minutes before and after. Fee is $200.00

PRINCESS: This bonus package includes a magical makeover fit for a princess! Each dancer will have the opportunity to receive a royal updo, light makeup and glitter accents to make this dance party experience one they won’t forget!
ROCK STAR: This bonus package includes a fun makeover fit for a pop star! Each dancer will have the opportunity to receive a Hollywood updo, light makeup and glitter accents to make this dance party experience one for the memory books!

Gym/Sports Party
Play your heart out with a sports party! Package includes use of a basketball court and our daycare room during weekend facility hours. Equipment and Setup options include:
- Basketball Court with 8, 9 or 10 ft. hoops
- Mini basketball set-up with portable hoops that have height options from 6-7.5 ft.
- Intermediate (28.5) or Junior (27.5) size basketballs
- Pickleball nets, paddles and balls
- Two mini indoor soccer goals with indoor soccer balls
- A mini 4-6 ft. volleyball net with volley light (soft) volleyball
Please indicate what equipment and facility setup you would like at the time of booking. Party time is typically scheduled from 1-4 pm, with your choice of order and length of time in court and room. Fee is $150.00

Party Information
- Your party schedule will be arranged at the time of booking.
- The Park District does not supply decorations, party favors, food, beverages, etc.
- All clean-up and participant pick-up needs to be completed by the end of your reserved time block. Additional fees will incur if party extends past reserved time block or if clean-up is not completed.
- If applicable, at least one lifeguard will be scheduled during your party. At your request, the lifeguard can perform a swim test to determine which participants can safely swim in the deep end. We have some life vests available for use, but participants should bring their own, if needed.
- Please make arrangements for proper supervision and assistance in the locker rooms. Individuals who do NOT participate and are only observing (i.e. grandparents), will not be counted in the participant maximum.
- Please estimate the amount of participants attending when booking your party so that sufficient staff can be scheduled.
