  • Shooting Stars Basketball Clinic

    Join the Byron High School Boys and Girls Basketball Programs for a 4-week Skills Camp. Shooting Stars is skill based and will introduce/develop the fundamentals of basketball. Campers will not only work on fundamentals, but will be placed in game-like situations that will develop their skills at a higher level. Campers will enjoy the fast pace and high energy that is present during camp.

    Grades: Kindergarten through 5th
    Date: Thursdays, 10/3/24-10/24/24

    Fee: $50/$60

  • Jr. Tiger Travel Basketball 2024-2025 Season

    These basketball leagues will be played in the off-season of the Byron Middle School Season. No practices or games will start until school seasons have concluded. There is no fee for tryouts. Once a player is offered a spot on the team they will be given a deadline date to decide if they would like to play on the team. If/when your child accepts a position on a team you will be required to pay the fee of $250 which will cover uniform and tournament costs. The girls season runs November-December, and the boys season runs January-March.

    Grades: 6th-8th (during the 2024-2025 school year)
    Tryout Dates: Thursday, 10/10/24 or Friday, 10/11/24
    Season: November-December

  • Youth Basketball

    Our youth basketball program is designed to teach your child the fundamentals of basketball in a fun and educational environment. Grade levels will be separated based on enrollment. Kinder & 1st grade players will be contacted by their coach and practices will start the week of November 11. On November 9, 2nd–5th grades will have a player evaluation followed by a team draft to split teams as evenly as possible. There are no special team requests allowed for 2nd-5th grade. Basket heights will vary by age group. We hope you join us for what is sure to be a fun season of basketball!

    Grades: Kindergarten through 5th
    Tryout Dates: Saturdays, 11/9/24-1/18/25
    Time: 9:00 am-2:00 pm
    Location: PE Center
    Fee: $85/$95 for kindergarten/1st grade; $90/$100 for all other levels
    Registration Deadline: Friday, 10/11/24
